HVS

The BYD Combiner Box is for Power Management to interconnect up to 3 HVS or 3 HVM series storage units. Please check the datasheet and manual on how to configure the Combiner Box with BYD batteries. Ensure that the planned configuration meets with BYDs' "Premium HV Compatible Inverter List". 

The combiner box is only compatible with BYD HVS and HVM batteries. The different types of BYD batteries cannot be combined. The combiner box provides a secure solution for DC cable connections. 

As it is based on parallel connections between the storage units the towers must parallel: having the same voltage level (ie. number of batteries). 

The charge level for all towers and modules must also be the same. The cables must also be of the same length.
