This PV DC connector is quick to install as it enables crimp-free assembly without the need for special tools. The reduced complexity of the assembly process allows to save time while granting Stäubli quality.

Sold as a pair -containing a male and female MC4 connector.

These high-quality, waterproof, latching connectors from Staubli can be used to make reliable, long-lasting connections to solar panels. These connectors allow for tool-free cable connection. This means that no crimping is necessary, Just use stripping pliers and remove the cable insulation by 15 mm up until 16.5 mm. The contact is made by an automatically closing spring clamp.

They connectors are compatible with our 4mm2 and 6mm2 solar cable.

These are recommended for on site lead assembly during residential installs for the home run cable that will be dependent on the building you are installing and therefore cannot be pre-assemble.
