Complete Samsung's EHS e-learning to unlock the full 7-year warranty for your customers.
With training completed
When the installer completes and passes all seven EHS Installation Training modules and registers the installation, Samsung EHS heat pumps carry a 7-year warranty.
Without training
Installations by a non-accredited installer fall back to Samsung's standard 2-year manufacturer warranty. Please confirm current terms with Samsung at registration.
Training is delivered through the Samsung Academy: Introduction, Installation Considerations, Installation, Wiring, Commissioning, Field Setting Values and a final Knowledge Check.
